Terms of Service

CustomerZero is an AI-assisted platform that helps you generate social media content — including videos, slideshows, and posts — from your brand information, and optionally schedule and publish that content to connected third-party platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful;
• Impersonate any person or brand you are not authorized to represent;
• Violate the terms, policies, or rate limits of any connected third-party platform;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service;
• Upload content or brand assets you do not have the rights to use.

You retain ownership of the brand information, assets, and materials you provide ("Your Content"). You grant CustomerZero a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and use Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs. AI output may be inaccurate, generic, or resemble other content, and is provided without any guarantee of originality, accuracy, or performance. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

When you connect a third-party account (such as TikTok or Instagram) or publish content through the Service, your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. CustomerZero is not responsible for the availability, actions, or decisions of any third-party platform, including content moderation, account suspension, or changes to their APIs.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by CustomerZero and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or technology except as needed to use the Service.

Certain features may require a paid plan or credits. Applicable prices and billing terms will be presented to you before purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will achieve any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CustomerZero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
